My 3 yrs old-fashioned daughter have areas on her skin next to tons small red dots.?

Hi, it doesn't bother her only me. is this a sign that her skin is dry or that her skin is too oily? THANKS.

It could be many things but I personally suggest having her ped look at it, and perchance a dermatologist.
Answers:    hi there...my daughter is also 3, and have same as your daughter...has had since she was born...
her doc told us not to verbs..it will go away. is it where there would with ease be hair? is on my daughter...most of it has gone away, but her arms are still ..not exactly covered, but well, covered beside these little red dots...
and she's got no hair on her arms.but it has started coming within in other places it's supposed to be :)

something to do with the hair folicles i infer.(don't quote me on that :):) )

funny...it bugs me WAY more than it bugs her too...sometimes she lets me slather the cream on her, sometimes she lets big sis do it.and then other times...she's like--no passageway!
