Tips for getting my 1 year dated to sleep within his own cot?
My one year old won't sleep in his cot. If I try to put him in in attendance he cries hysterically, and makes himself sick. Please any tips would be helpful.
Try single bed with a guard on it. Make his room nice for him. Tell a story every night and make sure he is snuggled contained by.

to HER own bed it took a while but next in the end she didn't care where on earth i put her
Answers: We cosleep and I'm a big fan of it. IMO a 1 year frail is still a baby and needs his or her parents at night. They know this and explicitly why they cry for us. Yes you can "train" them not to call out because you are not going to be be there for them no matter what, but is that what you want them to remember (somewhere cavernous inside) when they are older and need you for other things?
