My toddler is abused by another toddler?
This other toddler sounds like he may need a short time time out and needs to taught that hitting hurts. He need's discipline. Teach your son to tell him STOP or DON'T HIT ME. Or I would stir up to him and tell him please or stop hitting your son. it hurts him... I have a toddler too. She just turned 2. She's know that we don't approve of hitting and it's a automatic time out. Then apology. She usually doesn't hit, but she also has a little friend who hits her...she's learned to yelp if the other little girl hits her and her friend's reaction makes her stop hitting. lol I know toddlers will be toddlers, but they also need to be qualified what is right and wrong too. This sound like some form of treat roughly maybe physical. If i were concerned i would make an anonomys nickname to the social workers or police or child abuse hotline and give them your suspicion. If they check the child and nothing is wrong physically later at least you have peace of mind but if there is something wrong at lowest you have saved the child from becoming another baby P.
The child clearly needs discipline. I know how hard it must be for you, but honestly your child is more important later your friendship. I would talk to the parents and tell them you dont like their son hitting your child, i regard as its the only way. Each time he does it, he needs to be told its wrong. Just find the courage to detail your friends it needs to stop, because if you lost the friendship, you would still be glad your son isnt getting hurt.
I have no idea why the child is so dominant and violent.
If he be my child, i'd take him to the doctor.

i would not tolerate my son around someone like that. that child does need help are something specifically not normal.
