You don't potty train an infant but a toddler.
We just started recently near my daughter, she's 17 mths.
I'd recommend that you start the toilet training at 18 months, if you think your child would be competent for it. The earlier the better! If you think you should leave it a bit next than that, definitely do it before they're 2 years old.

Answers: Unfortunately infant potting training is close to impossible. Children dont have muscle control over their bladder and bowels until between 1 1/2 and 2 1/2. Your best bet is to start potty training at about 2 years antiquated to 2 1/2. You will have the most chances for success at this age because they get the message what you are trying to get them to do and they have bladder and bowel control, meaning they can hold it surrounded by longer for car rides or times when your not near a toilet!

The most ridiculous thing is that we guide boys to sit down to pee on the pot and teach them to sit down initially on the toilet pan.
Then when they can stand up and reach the container we let them stand up.
This is the time when all hell breaks loose and it goes on for the rest of their lives. Male aim is poor at the best of times and the mess that ensue causes despair to wives, cleaners and

Men should only stand up to pee when there is a urinal, the rest of the time they should sit especially when they carry up in the night.
If they have any respect for their wife, cleaner or plumber.

I started to train my two year old when she turned two. Know she use underwear.
I started to potty train my little one around 2 and a half to 3.
I did a sticker chart near her and her nursery helped me as well it didn't take totally long at all
