Why is my 2 year feeble suddenly grinding her teeth?

She does it all the time. My mom thinks she just "discovered" some different teeth but I am worried its a sign of anxiety or worse.
I agree with your mom. Your little girl notices she have teeth in her mouth and she can make noises(grinding) with them. My daughter is 15 months elderly and does the same exact thing. When she grinds her teeth afterwards she has the great big smile on her frontage then she does it again. Its like her way of say, "Hey look what I can do, mom"
My daughter is 2 and she started grinding her teeth when she was about a year antiquated. Her father is a tooth grinder and it seems she has inherited the discouraging habit. I solved it by giving her a pacifier, which I received a lot of flack from people for doing. But I hold seen the results of grinding on the teeth and it is not good. Talk to a dentist and ask them what they suggest you do. Hopefully she will not continue to do so because it does wear down the enamel on the teeth, but my husband is 32 and still does it within his sleep. So good luck!
Answers:    grinding teeth is usually a sign of worms. however this is an outside looking in diagnosis.
