Baby boy does not purchase plenty substance?
We have a 16 months baby boy, he is on the breast milk from the beginning. He weigh 19.6 pounds, and we feel this is too less for 16 months boy. Four months ago he was 19.2 and in a minute 19.6, so he gained just 4 ounces in 4 months.
We try endow with him baby food, yogurt, and home made food but he does not show any interest in eating. After 2-3 spoons of food he refuse to eat.
His doctor says he is fine just hold on to trying but we are very much worried about his weight.
His loftiness and head are growing fine and he is very active.
Does anyone enjoy the similar situation so please share. Also what we can give him that he can eat and gain some weight.
He is still on breast milk.

Answers: I wouldn't worry if your doctor isn't worried.You have to hold at it with the food, and try to wean him to whole milk if you are willing to, and your pediatrician say it's okay. because his height and head circ are on the right path, the counterweight wouldn't worry me, especially since he's so active. We have a completely small little 15 month old,but she's not growing anywhere, so they are worried about her. But, your son sounds fine, just preserve offering foods and try everything to find what he likes. It's not easy getting those little ones to do what you want, but you have to be ruthless. Good luck!
at 16 months your son should be eating more foods and less milk...feed him foods merely like you'd eat only label sure they are in small enough bites so he doesn't get choked...he desires to be eating 3 meals a day next to snacks along with getting 3 to 4 cups of milk and maybe a cup of juice...if you're not feed him this much then you need to start to
