yep they have to teem out working papers and they are required by law to have shorter schedules. You can grasp working papers in the guidance department or office of your child's school.

Try looking for a job on some kind of farm- dairy farm, produce fruit farm, etc. They, usually, don't have all the red tape that go along with a young teenager working. Plus, they wages much better than the average fast food place- but you will have to sweat for it.
