no no she simply a baby she cant use potty all babys do that but when she gets something like idk 1 1/2 spank her 4 peeing in floor

No, all babies rip their diaper off at some point. My daughter did it at around 14 months. It is a phase they grow out of.
She is not metally capable of perception her bodily functions/signals. And I am not 100% on this but I dont think she is physically capable of controlling her bowels and bladder yet any.
Even though girls are usually ready sooner she's got lots of time. I'd say closer to 18 months.
If you want to try keeping a potty handy possibly you could catch her pee before she gets the floor.
Well, my Grandma told me back in the day, the norm be to have your child potty trained by the time they were 1 and if they weren't you were looked at as a unpromising parent. So apparently it's possible...
