Where can i do volounteer work surrounded by after college hours?age 13?
im at school and i need to complete social justice hours so if you enjoy any ideas i would be grateful...i also cant work at hospitals because i faint when i go into them. gratefulness

I did that recently and found a really caring site listing anywhere I could volunteer nearby, and giving a description of each place, plus their contact information.
But some nonspecific ideas are:
A library - reading to kids, setting up a book donation booth for children who can't afford them, etc.
The local recreation center or YMCA. Some of them might have an age requirement to give a hand with certain things, but I'm sure if you contact them they can find something for you to help beside.
Your town/city probably has a Keep <city> Beautiful organization.. If you get surrounded by touch with them, you could probably help out with planting trees, exposure local recycling programs, educating people about how to decrease their consumption and waste, etc.
Ask your local elementary school if there's anything you can help near. Maybe you can help with a clothes drive or something similar.
Get together with some friends and some parents, and catch permission to set up a food drive outside a busy store like Wal-Mart. You can accept both money and food donations, and you'd be surprised how heaps people would go inside and buy food just to bring posterior out to you. Then at the end you can donate all of what you receive to a local food pantry.
If you go to church, ask the pastor or priest if they can aid you find some volunteer work. They'll have tons of connections to set you up with.
If you like animals, volunteer at a pet shop or the local pound or SPCA. They love have people come in to help go in swimming and feed the animals, and they'll even let you come in basically to give the animals some love and attention if they have everything else covered.
I also recall seeing something in the region of what kids can do to help out with the Red Cross on their website. At 13 you wouldn't be able to do everything they do, close to travel to help with natural disasters, but depending on your nouns, they may offer something that you could help with.
