14 year mature girl- physical Help!?
i am a 14 year old girl and I have a feeling i might own my period for my physical. what exactly happens at a physical for someone my age? i havent gotten one for a very long time do they budge "down there" and feel your boobs? what happens?? please help i am soo diffident!!

Don't worry about the physical. While I am not a girl, so I don't know what is all involved beside female physicals, I am a guy, and it can be rather awkward when some old guy is grab you down there and telling you to cough. I remember I was worried that I would enjoy an erection, not that I'm gay, but just try and concentrate on something else while it's happening. Most of the stuff, however, is just them looking within your ears and listening to your breathing. Don't worry too much. It goes pretty swift, anyways. They dont check that stuff when you have a physical. they will check your heart, blood test unless for school, blood pressure, freight, height, and you have to pee in a cup, they will quality your body, your stomach and kidneys and stuff like that, but not up top and not down below. Unless you are going to a gynocologist then you should reschedule.

if that happens you just wear the pad or tampon, you save your underwear on, or a robe, or whatever.
physicals depend on how extensive it is. when i got my physical at school, they didn't step near my boobs or "down there". they just check your bones, and heart, and regular stuff like that. unless you make clear to them something feels awkward, like your boobs/down there, i'm pretty sure they're not gonna be in motion there. when i got my physical at the doctor though, they just go like right about "down there" to feel my pelvis.
there's really nil to be worried about. i was, but it was a short time ago fine.
dont b anxious its not that bad they look at ur boobs to get ur heartbeat and then they check your poles by ur vagina

It went fine, they usually don't go "down there" surrounded by less they think they have to.(they ask question about "that stuff") I don't think they feel your boobs. Atleast, they didn't for me. It is mostly them a moment ago get your weight, seeing if you need to update on any shots, and ask you some question like: "When was your last cycle?" "How abundant days is your cycle?" "Do you have any questions about anything?" They probably will ask you if you enjoy ever had intercourse before. Just stuff like that.believe me, it is not fruitless at all. After I got mine, I was thinking how I get sooo NERVOUS, when it turned out to be stuff that was real simple and even quick.

If you are sexually active, you'll probably want to rebook. They can still do the tests, but most women are more comfortable if they're not on their periods while it is human being done.

Over here, no they do not touch or look at ur boobs and noo they do not go down there. they mite resembling pull down ur pants a babyy bit :P but not showing anything just so they can see the top or somthing o-o zilch that bad xD

A physical is when they check your whole body for any viruses, cancer, tumor etc. Yeah unfortunaetly they look down here lmao but if your doctor is a male they he wont check your breasts and down there x0

Haha I remember this , no to be precise something they do when you are younger to make sure everything is developing properly. Then again it all depends on the doctor, but I'd say there's a 90% unpredictability it won't happen. If you see them going for it just say "could you please not" or something. They can't do much short your consent
they will feel your boob alittle checking for lumps that may be breast cancer and they do turn down but its a 10 second look and there is some sex drug and cigarette and of course wieght ears eyes heart beat spine majority stuff youll be fine dont worry

If you feel very distressed,I would request a female doctor. And yes,most will do a breast exam,which is good practice. You really should do those on your own. No age too soon to check.
At your age. I don't see a reason a doctor would want to do a vaginal exam unless you are either planning to be sexually active or already are. But if you have your time during the time of the exam,they would reschedule that part. No doctor is gonna go down there during that time of the month.
The rest is basically routine. Height,weight,blood pressure,eyes,ears,nose throat,listen to your heart etc..
