first of adjectives just throw all the bottles away and if he doesnt want it in a sippy cup next just let him starve and eventually he'll drink from the sippy cup by himself cause in that will be no other choice in front of him.
All I can tell you to do is to keep trying! He can't stay on the bottle forever and you know that! You can try a different looking sippy cup. Some of them even enjoy a "nipple-like" top now. Guess he's not that thirsty then! People let their kids want too much! Screw that bottle! He's over a year, and old enough to understand. He wont die..Trust me. He will capture thirsty enough.
