10 points!! Need relieve Potty training my son!?
My son is 2 years old and after getting him off the bottle when he turned 2, his poop has be more like adults. I try to get him to at least sit on his potty but he say no way, and will scream. So i just voice okay, then we wash our hands. He go to daycare last year, but his poop wasn't bad to change because they be more like pepples, but now he is going back on august 17th, inflict im in school. I know he wont be completely potty trained in a month, but i want him to seize into the idea of going to the potty and enjoying it. me and his dad our still together but we don't live together because we both go to academy, so my sons dad sees him maybe once or twice a week. We had a little one at a young age, right now we don't live together so i'm the one teaching him most of his everyday things. How should can i be paid this fun for him?
use a reward system everytime he go to the potty he can have a sticker or a small toy it worked for me good luck!
the best way to train them is to consent to them go pantless and with no diaper for a couple hours around the house. you might have some messes to verbs up but if they see and feel what happens when they have an misfortune they will want to go potty on the toilet. after this, set a timer for 5 min and every 5 min take your son to the bathroom give him a treat if he even sits on the pot or go. tell him stories to entertain him. good luck :)
Answers: Every child is different when it comes to potty training.
Some friends of mine said that sitting them on the potty in front of the tv with a book worked because they didn't feel similar to they were missing out on something.
I made a potty chart in our bathroom and let my son put a sticker on it everytime he did the creation.
Other people say that reading books about potty training and making sure that everyone surrounded by the house announces that they are going potty and make a big deal out of it when they do. This way he will come up with that he's getting in on a big thing by going potty too.
Try a few different things, he'll come aroound. My son was remarkably advanced as far as talking and learning but he refused to potty train until he be 3. My cousin refused to do it because he felt he was 'losing a factor of himself' in the potty. You never know how their little minds work.
It will happen eventually. Good Luck!
We used to have similar problems beside my son too so we tried many ways and some suggestions for you will be to use potty training charts and using interesting videos to aid you
