Why do my daughters sippy cups smell unpromising? How do I verbs them?
I wash them after every use. I know sometimes she hides them and I dont find them for a couple days. But today I was getting her a drink and I smelled it and they adjectives smelled horrible..How do i get them clean with out hurting her.. or should I of late buy new ones?
Boil the cups and all the little parts to them every few wash. That kind of plastic holds bacteria and smell really well.
You could try scrubbing them out with really hot wet then fill your sink with give or take a few a gallon of water and a tablespoon or 2 of bleach and let them soak for a minute. Rinse and dry. If that doesn't help, toss them and buy contemporary.
You can get cheap sippy cups under $3. They should be replaced every few months anyway.
Answers: Sippy cups are made out of a textured plastic material that holds bacteria really ably. You have to wash them in really hot water to sanitize them. You can also buy antibacterial dish soaps. As long as you rinse the cups well, the dish soap won't harm her. It might be worth it to only buy new ones, however.
