When should a 12 year older jump to sleep?
if school starts at 800 and needs about an hour to seize ready plus an hour on the bus when should she go to
sleep at night

I Think the best possiable time what be about 8.30- 9.00 . She stills needs pretty a lot of sleep . I Think the best time would be around 9.00 . Or maybe she could go to bed at 8.30 and read for partly a hour . Hope this helps .x
Answers: I would utter 21:30 and then 22 if theres some sort of occasion or reason to stay awake a touch bit longer.
However it all depends on how long they need to sleep, a few weeks before conservatory starts have a few test tries and see how easy it is to get up up at different times depending on when you went to sleep.
8-10 hours is a healthy amount for a 12 year old to sleep so this would aim going to sleep at a time between 20:00 and 22:00, if they were getting up at 06:00 as you suggested.

No later than 9:00pm. I'd advise going to bed conceivably a half hour earlier than that the first few nights. Since one excited or nervous can make it take longer to plummet asleep. It does for me at least..
