12 month matured vaccination?
my son is 14 months. he got his 12 month vaccinations done about a short time over a month ago and since then he has had this red spot, a touch bigger than a quarter, on his thigh (where he got two vaccines) and it wont go away. it only shows up within the bath tube. it looks like someone hit him or something was pressing on his leg for a long time. i asked the doctor and since she couldnt see it she didnt suppose anything of it. it doesnt seem to bother him, but it bothers me! i just think it's strange. i dont know which shots he get there, but you can still see the poke marks and in the hip bath the red spot shows back up every single time. i took pics and im gonna take them to the doc for her to see. any advice?
i asked this give somebody the third degree earlier, but i guess it wasnt clear enough. i already took him to the doctor for her to see him in party, but since she couldnt see the spot she said not to worry. im going to take him again, in character, with the pictures, but until then (the closets apt is amost a month away) i would like proposal.
walk see another doc. Have the doct. put water on it/ or you. And see what the new doct. saids. You should get it done soon if it keep on doing that. Good luck.
I strongly advise you to do profusely of research on vaccines! I'll get some good websites and give them to u.
Answers: Find out what vaccine he got there. Ask the pediatrician to check some of his immunoglobulin levels for allergies. A prolonged localized reckless sounds like an allergy. It does not sound like an infection. After the immunoglobulins are checked. Try getting a benadryl stick and administer it topically to the spot 10 minutes or so prior to the hip bath and see if it is elavated histimine levels. If the antihistimine benadryl stops the rash from appearing, you know for certain its an allergy. You want to trade name certain that he hasn't developed an allergy before getting more vaccines. See an allergist. There are numerous vaccine ingredients that are prone offenders to cause allergies. You do not want to give something into the bloodstream that is a known allergy. The subsequent exposure may not be localized if it is an allergy and that is what seems most likely.
If you can't resolve this, and verbs vaccinating, suggest hanging around the doctor's office for 20 minutes back leaving just in baggage of an allergic reaction.
