When you nurture your toddler do you...?

Always use the high chair?
I have and it seem like my LO has no sooner finished her breakfast and it's time to put her back contained by to give her some dinner!

Today however she is eating finger food while sitting on her dad's lap.
When I am out I pinch a packed lunch for her which she either eats within her pushchair or in a highchair in a cafe.

Do you use the high bench all the time?
I am sick of cleaning mine ha ha
We stopped using our highchair when my daughter was 22 months old as she be getting messier b/c she was feeding herself and I hated cleaning the highchair. You didn't mention her age but if she is antiquated enough, why don't you switch her over to a booster chair? They are easier to clean and some are even portable. I love mine, its comfortable for my daughter and cleans so smoothly just wipe it down and it takes me less than 2 minutes as it have no crevices what so ever! Yay!

My second insufferable his high chair (and I too hated cleaning it). He be around a year when he was at the "table" with us. I say "table" because we guzzle around a large coffee table. It is the perfect height for my boys to sit on their stools and devour. I think with a low table and chair adjectives that is required is an ability to sit well and nurture oneself( at least finger food). Of course there is still a mess on the floor but that's easier than the nooks and crannies of a illustrious chair. Good Luck
No you don't have to
Spoon-feeding...high chair...toddler? No. She sits at the table on a booster seat and feed herself and this has been the status quo since infancy.

I wouldn't take a jam-packed lunch for her to a cafe, either -- seems to sort of defeat the purpose of going out for lunch next to your kid :(
Answers:    I totally can relate! My daughter is 2 and I have cleaned that thing thousands of times! I myself still use the high-ranking chair, it isn't too bad because I have 2 dogs that sit and skulk for the food to go flying so that helps, but to answer your question YES I do still use my high-ranking chair.

And just be glad that your LO is where you put her and isn't writing on the walls and trying to digit out what will go down the toilet. Don't ya just love being a Mommy?
