Answers: You could make homemade playdough with her. Most of the good recipe call for you to cook it over the stove, but I found one recipe for uncooked playdough:
Uncooked Homemade Playdough
*1 cup of flour
*^A 1/2 cup of salt
*^A 1/2 cup of thaw water
*Food coloring
Measure the flour and salt into a baking pan, divide the wet in several bowls and tint each with food coloring. Using eyedroppers or teaspoons/tablespoons, supply the colored water into sections of the dry mixture. Stir the mixture with your hand, adding a bit of flour or water as needed, to make a soft dough to play next to. This uncooked homemade playdough will only be good up to a week if you store it surrounded by an airtight container.
She will enjoy mixing it up with you, and it will give you something fun to do when you're done as all right. Make sure to have cookie cutters available, too!
You could also bring some elastic cord and some Lifesaver candies (or any other candy with a hole within the center) and make candy bracelets and necklaces.
You could make dolls on popsicle sticks:
1. Wrap a tongue depressor in a brightly colored cloth scrap and secure it in place next to glue and a band of decorative ribbon.
2. Braid length of yarn at both ends, tie with glittery pipe cleaners, and cement to the top of the pipe cleaner.
3. Cut a small paper square and glue on sequins for the crown.
4. Glue the bottom of the crown to the top of the hair.
5. Draw on a sweet facade with markers.
Variations:
Use a larger set of clothes to create a truly Noble Queen, or, with dark colors and fancier trim, an evil queen.
Or, one of my favorite things to do with my sister when we were little was to put together a "spa" for our dolls - we would fill the sink (or a plastic bin) with warm, soapy dampen, and wash our babies (or barbies), including their hair. Then, we would style their hair and dress them contained by fun clothes. We also like to play hospital with our barbies - usually one of them would have a broken upper limb - you can wet down toilet paper, and it sticks perfectly to plastic limb. When it dries, it makes a great cast that peels stale easily (and neatly) when they are all healed. Source(s): http://familyfun.go.com/arts-and-crafts/…
Get yourself a box of macaroni, a glue stick, some construction paper, some strand and some glitter. You can all of that at a store like Dollar General for in the order of $5.
Make a macaroni picture, make a frame for one of her favorite pictures, make a necklace or bracelet.
