How do i gain my 1 yr out-of-date contained by her own bed?
I have made the mistake for keeping her in our bed until now. It have been because of room situations and it was just easier, but very soon i want her out. She is 13 months, she takes a bottle, but i breastfeed to get her to sleep, which i am getting her off that. I don't want to generate her cry hours in her crib to get her to fall asleep. please aid.

have matching routine every night...bath, book , bed.. put your child in his/her bed matching time every night! if they cry go in the first time..make a contribution hugs kisses and lay them back down. If they continue to cry wait 5 minutes progress back in again at 5 minute intervals.just lay them wager on down..and keep repeating that until they fall asleep! after a few nights and possibly a few tears from baby and you! you will be home free...I promise you!!
First u can try having her decline asleepo with you then put her in her crib when she's alseep. Or you can play movies while she's surrounded by her crib but you have to expect crying it s a new enviornment for her but within a week or so it'll be fine and shell be used to it I brand name that same mistake except my daugther was 3 when I started her in her own room it was highly hard for me cus she cried a lot but she watches movies b4 bed now!! Its be a couple months!

I will use myself and my daughter as an example.
When my daughter refused to sleep in her own bed, I decided to try a few different devices, and they worked best when used together...
First, I would put her into her bed, and get her all tucked in, snug and cozy, and afterwards I will go grab a book, and read her a 'bedtime story."
If she's not sleeping by time the story is over, I would turn on the tv, and put in one of her liking movies, and then I would grab a blanket and lay beside her until she falls asleep.
She will think I am going to sleep next to her, but after she falls asleep, I will go to my own bed.
She might ask why I wasn't there when she woke up, I can just speak I woke up before her, or some nights I can just sleep next to her the whole night, to make her at ease and assure her that I'm there for her.
Other times, we'll just lie within bed together and talk about life and things, we'll freshly look into each other's eyes and enjoy each other's company. :)
She have no problem sleeping in her own bed because she feels safe and safe and sound...she knows i'm there for her, and even if I'm not in the room, i'll be near for her whenever she needs me, no matter what.
:)
