hmm. My son has been on up to 1.5 mg of risperdal for the past 2 years and I do not believe he have ever had hallucinations like that. I simply googled "risperidone side effects" and found nothing about hallucinations as a possible side effect. I would telephone her doctor and let him know...this could be something much more serious than just a side effect.
