Girl's fourth birthday: present needed?

She is very girly and into the princesses of Disney, dressing up etc.. She is also very mature for her age. I am in place to spend roughly 30 dollars. Ideas?
I would get her a assortment of lip gloss and nail tints, maybe hair thingys.
You could get her a few pairs of dress up shoes. My daughter loves these. Or, how about a child sized double stroller for her babies. My daughter loves to nick her dolls for a walk.

My daughter is a girly-girl as well and a new dress other thrills her. Try the discount racks at Target and you could save some of that $30 for yourself!
Answers:    I am the mother of a Disney Princess loving 4 year old. There are a ton of things you could get for her in the $30 band. Here's a few things my daughter has- Disney Princess camping set- sleeping bag, water bottle & pay for pack, Disney Princess Cash Register, Disney makes a series of "Princess Collection" books that have a bunch of different stories in them. "Bella Dancerella" is great. It comes near a magic wand, floor mat and dvd that has a girl teaching rumba moves to the different Disney princess movies. Not sure how much that one costs, though. All girly girls love to dress up. You could get her a Princess dress. Just go to the girls' toy section of any store and they will own endless Disney Princess stuff to choose from.
The playdough haircut factory - the out-of-date school one, not the new one.
