1 1/2 year feeble is biting and hitting?

i do not believe in hitting a kid and i have done the praise thing do extermination. i have done the time out thing read the books followed what they say aloud. i thought maybe she was bored being the merely child and home with mommy all day so we are contained by a mommy and me group 4 days a week shes wonderful with other kids...and wonderful to her father its just me shes biting and hitting and pulling hair and what not shes simply at 1 1/2 so its not like shes going understand the whole right and wrong entity she knows what bad is though..i don't want it to get worse and it hurts! any suggestions?
Answers:    my son did that later he started doing it to siblings so every time i n0tticed he was about to hit i went up to him get eye level and said baby i love you but we don't hit we hug and i hug him and even though hes mad he hugs vertebrae very tight and he goes back to what he be doing forgetting about hitting me or siblings.
