This is second time (child complains)?
Long story short. My STBX put our 2.5 yo to daycare despite the fact that both of us are unemployed ATM. That's a wrong move for her if it comes to child custody battle surrounded by the court.
Anyway, less than 2 weeks ago our son started the daycare. He missed a few sick days. Last Friday I picked him up as I keep him weekends and random weekdays, he told me he be hit in the head by a caretaker. I talked to a few society and a doctor and they advised me to talk to the daycare management more or less this matter. I AM VERY AWARE THAT MY SON MIGHT NOT BE TELLING THE TRUTH AND I CAN'T IMAGINE TO WRONGLY ACCUSE SOMEONE but he is usually honest and I asked him the same question within different ways but the answer was the same. At the daycare they told me the main staff is away until subsequent week. My wife said don't believe the kid.
So today (Friday) I went to pick up my son again. I didn't ask him anything regarding daycare and he first said how he likes to play beside the kids there. (He is adjusting). I said that's nice. Then he said again "The woman hit me" but this time he pointed in his back and said his pay for hurts. I went a bit around I said "She hit you in the head?" He said "In the rear and my back hurts".
Note: My son speaks no English and a caretaker said to me and my wife that our son hits other kids. English is a problem for him.
So when I came home I examined him and saw a small bruise (marble size) on his lower back. I pictured it and video record him asking him what happened.
Now again I don't know what to do. like I mentioned I don't wanna accuse someone minus proof, I don't wanna ruin daycare reputation etc but most importantly I can't leave this alone. What if my son is telling the truth?
My wife is uncooperative due to being controlled by her ancestral.
My next step for tomorrow is this. I wanna take him to a doctor (I know a good weekend doctor, my son's doctor is on holidays) ant relate doctor what happened and show him the bruise.
IDK what he will say but if i don't get any dutiful support from him I will on Monday or tuesday either talk to daycare owners or call child protection service and agree to them handle it.

Answers: I have intuitively been there, my mom told me that when I was 4 I have complained that the "mean teacher told me to shut up and she spanked me". I was other and still am the truthful and respectful child. My mom knew something was up, she walked into the preschool, talk to the woman in charge and the woman didn't believe my mom, my mom pulled me out of that daycare and I never went back. So please, do me a favor as I enjoy been there and I don't want any more children going through this, talk to the daycare/preschool workers and arraign them of what your son is saying is happening, even if it doesn't end up individual true, at least you approached these people and tried to resolve the issue, and if they do confess to hitting him or whatever, rob legal action and/or pull him out of that daycare/preschool pronto.
