What do you suppose of giving a toddler an x-ray?
My 3 years and 8 months old son seems to have gotten something contained by his air pipe last night - He coughs but it sounds similar to from the irritation, instead of sounding like a cold. I will bring to the Dr. and I was thinking the Dr might give him an x-ray. Had your kid taken x-ray at such young-looking age? I avoided x-ray since I was pregnant with him. So I am not sure how to feel in the region of giving him one.

Both of my children 4 and 2 have have chest x-rays and they were under the age of 1. Your son should be fine. They'll take adjectives the necessarily precautions.
The individual way to dx some problems like pneumonia is by x-ray but the pediatrician wouldn't do one unless he or she felt it be absolutely necessary.
