He wake up to rash?
my son wakes up at 4 in the morning every day. i enjoy tried keeping him up later, sleeping in the same room, not letting him enjoy a nap. i just don't know what to do any more he will still wake up at 4. can someone dispense me advice??
first off how old is he? Let him run and play adjectives day and get alot of exercise so he will wear himself out. Skip all nap and keep him up an hour later than normal.

try a black out blind to make it look as if its still hours of darkness time,give him a bottle to drift him back off to sleep?
the myth of keeping babys awake during the daylight so they sleep at night is only a myth,allow him to have an afternoon forty winks followed by loads of play tea warm bath then bed around 7:30ish
or try discussion to your doctor or midwife about this matter
Answers: Yeah he is a morning baby. Maybe you can try tiring him out more at night, jump for walks before bed, give him a nice heat bath and pray for the best the next mornign. play games keep him busy. I cut out any nap after 3 pm. Here is our routine for our little girl, it may not help at all, but works for us.
8.30pm: at your own pace bath, pyjamas on, warm milk.
put her to bed at about 9pm within her own room with blackout blind and curtains, (we have a night-vision monitor so can keep an eye out from our room)
She occasionally wakes up before 8am.
Perhaps we're really lucky, I know all kids are different.
Oh ! and she have a sleep for an hour and a half - two hours around midday.
my sons 2 and does exactly the same..he used to be so honest and sleep from 8pm until 7am but ever since he moved into bigbed he gets up at 3ish every morning..he did start getting into routine we'd give him bath reheat milk then hugs and book with mummy and daddy then bed by partially 8 and it worked for bit but only way he'll sleep through at the moment is if he comes into our bed which is not something i want him getting into the habit of doing its of late more comfortable than having to sleep on his hardfloor when preg :(
i mull over to wake up early in the morning is the suitable habit
