Is my daughter getting pleasure out of have potty training accident?

My daughter will be 4 years old in a few months. (We have an 11 year older boy and a 2 year old girl as well) She has been doing economically potty training and is now in underwear during the day and pull-ups at dark. She does the best when we're out somewhere in public, she always remembers to go and tell us when she needs to. But it seems that at home she has nearly one coincidence a day. Sometimes we think it may be because she's distracted (coloring or her favorite show on) but other times its as if she's doing it on purpose. She have a smirk on her face as she's apologizing. We try not to make a big deal out of it and simply enjoy her assist in cleaning up afterward. Its hard not to get upset when you try and discuss it near her and she seems as if she's nearly laughing. Could she be getting a kick out of this? Is she trying to get unenthusiastic attention from us? Could it really be that she just isn't paying attention?
It could be alot of things. It could be because she likes the attention. Some times it could be because she is distracted. You probably have to remind her. Just ask her every very soon and then if she has to go or purloin her to the bathroom and see if she goes. I used to work in a daycare and we had a potty training class. We have to take the kids to the bathroom approx. every 30 minutes.
Sounds like she's anxious and not getting a kick out of it. When kids are embarrassed they either return with mad, cry, or act like it's funny. All of which contained by a way cover up their embarrassment. Reassure her that it's ok, accidents crop up. Ask her why she didn't go to the potty, and perhaps when accidents occure most (watching tv or coloring for example) start asking her if she wishes to go potty.
Answers:    I do sometimes think that toddlers forget to dance to the bathroom, but if she does well in public (and never has accidents), I chew over that she is doing it to get attention. If she was forgetting alot, it most likely would be everywhere you go, not just at home.

Hope this helps! :)
Well your daughter is doing pretty good to only own 1 accident at home. My 4yr old is having more or less 2 or 3 because she is too lazy but I am working on that. She may be getting a kick out of it but I don't think it is extraordinary. Sounds like she is doing well.
