Babysitting Pay Rate?
Hello I am wondering how much an experienced 17 year old should get paid hourly to babysit 3 kids, ages: 1,3, and 4.
(CPR and first aid certified)
Thank you!
i get rewarded 5 bucks an hour for watching a 1st grader-autistic a kindergartener and a 5th grader but i dont no cpr or first aid certified i would say 6-8 bucks an hour if its for a long amount of time though then 5 so u give the parents a discount sort of thats what i do and im with the sole purpose 13
Instead of stating upfront to a customer a set price for your babysitting services, perhaps help yourself to a reverse tactic in which you ask the client: "What do you think is a reasonable price to pay cheque for my services?" I recall a story about my friend's repair of a computer in Beverly Hills which is a high-income nouns. He was about the charge the client a $50.00 per hour fee, however, beforehand he could present the bill, the customer gave him $300 for his services because the customer felt that the service was valued according to his income even. And there's lesson to be learned here. Why not temper your fees according to the income level of your clients, which within the long run is a much fairer way of operating your babysitting enterprise.
Good luck!
the going rate should be at least $7.00 an hour.
Define experienced? You've done it a lot before? You've taken classes?
I'd probably pay my babysitter (and believe me, I'd solitary pick the best) about $8-10 an hour.
I honestly feel like the more you reward the sitter, the more you value him or her and your children AND the care given to them.
I'd say 5 bucks an hour, and later 2 dollars for added kid over 5 and 3 for kids under.
So, 14 an hour.
i think that since you are experienced that you should get paid at most minuscule $50 dollars since well you know they are 3 kids and you are an expirienced babysitter!! and you are cpr and first aid certified!!
at least possible $10 an hour
The average is $26.00 hourly if they were going to a real daycare so I guess you can use that as a guide.

7 or 8 any higher and its too high especially 12-15 is approach too high
Answers: You are exceptionally qualified, so how many hours do you plan on babysitting? But hourly I'd say with you age and diploma any where from 7-15$ per hour. Hope I helped.
OMG! You should be makin bank... my friend is18 and she has about alike type of scenario you have she gets paid 150 a daylight i believe
for a normal babysitting job (one child) i would read out $5/hour but since there are 3 children and special requirements i think she should get $10/hour (also one is still contained by diapers)
I would say $12-15/hr for three kids. especially b/c one is still in diapers.
It would depend on what the parents expected the babysitter to do with/for the kids. For things like being expected to prepare meal, whether any of the kids were still in diapers, whether the kids would be asleep for a significant amount of time were adjectives factors I considered in raising/reducing my price, but in nonspecific I charged $8/hr.
Around 5-6 an hour
I'm CPR and first aid certified too and I'm 16. And I get paid around 6-7 an hour near around 3 kids.
:-)
