How quickly did you draw from put a bet on to pre pregnancy immensity?

I know that gaining weight is essential to my baby's health and mine, and thats fine. I am consumption healthy and open to putting on the norm to a healthy pregnancy. But I wonder if its even possible to attain back to pre pregnancy weight and shape. I do plan on nurseing also.
Its been three months since my newborn was born, and i still havent lost all the weight, but im almost rear legs to my usual size 10 frame :)
i hate doing exercise, so all i did was everytime my daughter wouldnt progress to sleep or i just fancied some fresh air i would walk relatively fast for a longish time. And soon enough you start to notice the difference!
Nursing your child really helps, but, exercise and a good diet even after baby is born help also.

Getting into a regular regime after baby is born is essential and wonderful, try swimming, or a water exercise, or go to the gym or merge a mommy and me class, where you can stroller ride your baby with other moms, and they run, run, with their babies in the stroller, and then they saunter their babies in the strollers, and they do lunges, with their legs and then they collect at a park, take their babies out of the strollers and exercise with their babies on mats contained by the park and it is a wonderful exercise program!

Their should be a group like that where you live, or call your doctor to see if he can distribute you the names and numbers of mothers in your area who are joining this wonderful program!

Either road, mention it to your doctor, and he or she will have a lot of information on you getting back into shape after toddler is born!! Source(s): Good luck! :-)
I chose swimming, and I love it!!
I exercise with the "ladies" for an hour, and then for 50 minutes after that, I lap swim! My doctor loves it!

Hope you find what is right for you :-) !!
ye i would say its possible just takes dedication and rugged work (: Source(s): answer mine?

Totally possible. You will eventually go rear legs to the way you were before. I be 95 pounds pre-pregnancy and I gained 50 pounds with my 1st baby! Took me a looooong time (7-8 months) but I essentially got back down to about 100 pounds (naturally thin). I also didn't breastfeed that time. I am planning on breastfeeding this time. You burn 500 calories a morning just by breastfeeding! (not why I am breastfeeding by the way lol) I threw away my skinny clothes because I was SURE I would never fit contained by them again but eventually I did. Source(s): 19 weeks pregnant with baby #2
I merely had my baby a week ago and I've lost 17lbs. I gained 22lbs during my pregnancy and I'm amazingly optimistic about getting back to my aged self. My only issue is my tummy. Its very loose with lots of strechmarks. ugh...
A lot of it depends on inheritance, metabolism, lifestyle, and age.

I got pregnant at 20, and went from 98 pounds (I had be trying for years to break 100 but couldn't do it) to 170. After my son was born, it only took about 4 months until I be down to 110. However, it is way easier for me to put weight on now and surrounded by the past year I've put on about 15 pounds. You'll need to gross sure you stay active after you have a baby, at least possible that's what I'm trying to do so that my weight doesn't get out of control.
It's possible but it doesn't other happen for every woman. I have much wider hips than before I be pregnant even though they're toned and my breasts are deflated. You will probably notice stretch marks, your breasts will be a little smaller amount pert than before and you might have a bit of a tummy but with the right food and the right exercises you can gain back to your pre-pregnancy weight.
1st child at 19... took me 3 months to loose the 76 lbs I packed on.
2nd child at 24... took me 1.5 years to get stale 54 lbs.
3rd child at 28... I'm still walking around with all 100 lbs I put on .
I think I'm DOOMED!
Good luck to you, and congratulations!
I have an odd pregnancy with my daughter. I actually dropped consignment (was a dedicated soda drinker pre-pregnancy...like 8 a day). After I had her, I be smaller than before I got pregnant, but it didn't last long. Sad to say aloud, I didn't exercise, or care, and I got back on the sodas. So adjectives of that flabby belly skin from being preggo filled in next to fat. I actually gained 30 lbs. after giving birth. Now I'm preggo again, and I'm not going to tolerate that happen this time. Just dedicate yourself...and they say breastfeeding help you lose way faster. Good luck!
With my daughter it took me 6 months, next to my son it took me 3 weeks. I gained a lot of weight next to my daughter compared to my son.
Answers:    As soon as I had her I lost partially the weight right there and within 1 month I be back down to my normal weight near not one stretch mark! I only gained 26 lbs and I did nurse!
