I'm due surrounded by September,?
And i'm getting really bad backaches. NOTHING is relieving the pain, and it's almost knock-you-out doomed to failure! My OBGYN says it's pretty normal...and my belly is huge!
But here is the question. I be what some people would say 'blessed' with relatively ample breasts, but they've always given me back pain.
and that wieght + my pregnancy wieght is basically about to kill me.
is there ANY passageway to fix this?
because i can hardly even get up or bend over anymore!
my husband has to pick me up stale the toilet..LOL!
yep it sounds to me that you are almost due. its common pregnancy stuff.
Unfortunately, there is really nothing you can do. Trust me though, I feel your discomfort. I too have large breasts and with the pregnancy growth they are immense enough to almost make me cry. My back kill me constantly. I usually try to put pillows behind me to relieve the pressure or I'll lay on my pregnancy ball ... it doesn't help much, but at this point I'll appropriate anything I can get.
Talk to your doctor again. Perhaps they can suggest a way to help near the pain.
Good luck to you.
Answers: We are in the same boat, sometimes i cant even sleep because my back hurts so unpromising. My husband has to rub it every night when he gets stale work. I haven't talked to my ob about it yet, but I THINK (talk to your dr to be sure) that its ok to thieve tylenol.
This may be a silly question, but enjoy you tried a heating pad or ice? The heat pad really helps me when my back is hurting I'm 36wks. My OB said it's ok to use and I in recent times put it on the lowest setting for about 15min and it does help for a bit. It wont cure your backache, but any relief is better consequently none. Congrats on your little one :)
Congratulations and although I'm sure it doesn't feel it you are nearly there. Your newborn may be sat on a nerve or your pelvic bone. I know how painful to be precise! The only suggestion i have for you is to go to your local swimming hip bath and just have a float around. The weightless effect is a short time bit of heaven! Good luck with bambino.
unfortunately it is something i.e. only going to persist in the subsequent few months. All i can say is get as much rest as possible and lay down whenever possible. It just take the pressure off the back for a little while
I personally use a heating pad. You shouldnt use it more than 20 minutes at a time though. Itll provide temporarily abet. You wont be fully relieved until the baby gets here, but if you use a heating wad everynight you should start to feel a little more comfortable
Try to get a very supportive bra.
Thats all i can focus of hope it works
