I live with my partner and his parents at the min and when i try and speak to them they tell me to stop being so silly. I know pains are middle-of-the-road in pregnancy but these just feel strange. Lastly i preserve getting really dizzy and dehydrated?? I need some help please to put my mind at mitigate.
Answers: Go to your GP or call your midwife. If you dont feel right they can reassure you that everythings ok or do further tests. Ignore anyone who say you are being silly. You are pregnant nothing is too silly if you dont feel capably.
I am 19 weeks and I have had headaches and not deeply of sleep and sometimes you can feel pretty crap but I called my midwife and it is her job to look after you so she should be accepting as mine was. Good luck and take care of yourself xx
Headaches and dizziness are a sign of low blood pressure or an iron not as much as. So firstly, are you taking any pre-naetal vitamins? If not, go to boots and buy some that contain iron, see if that changes anything. Keep drinking lots of fluids and eat little and habitually to keep your bloodsugar up. I know when mine goes down, I feel similar to I'm drunk, wobbley and giggly - strange lol.
As for the pains, it's most likely they are round ligament pains. Basically your muscles stretching to accomodate the uterus as it get bigger and moves higher. They're not pleasant. I've have them recently too and it just feels impossible to bring comfortable. But they should go away in a week or two and then come final later on.
If you really need reassuring afterwards ask your midwife to check you over. Do whatever it takes to makes you be aware of better :)
Congratulations, the perils of being pregnant lol :( Source(s): 19 weeks
