Thin endometrium bin liner?

i went to get an ultrasound cause i thought at hand was all these things wrong with me approaching a cyst, pregnancy and even constipation cause i haven't really had a bowel movement in resembling a month without help.
and i had a bulge essential my bladder


ultrasound tech said that my endometrium lining is thin so that i'm not pregnant, and even if it was hasty pregnancy that i'm not, and the gyno mailed me back and the paper freshly said that the ultrasound was normal
and nothing around being pregnant

was the tech right?

Answers:    i think they probably are as your womb inside layer would be thicker even if it was 2 early for a sack
