My placenta sits higher than my cervix, am i going to enjoy to be in motion on Bed Rest?

I got a call yesterday from my OB telling me that my placenta be sitting on top of my cervix and she put me on pelvic rest. My question is.. am i going to have to be in motion on bed rest?
