Pregnancy siduation, not sure what to cogitate?
Hi, I'm 21, married, we are TTC and I went for a preg - blood test, it came out unenthusiastic but I am not convinced, I know that these tests can come out negative and I am 2 weeks + late and I hold alot of the signs, sore beasts and nipples, bloating and constipation, weight gain, nausea at night, food cravings, headache, a little heartburn, weepy and cranky, and feeling kinda drained.
I'm not sure what to think, should I trust what my body is unfolding me or what the tests say?
I really want this, but I know all this is not surrounded by my head.
Answers: well, there are such things as false positives...but usually they are when you bring home pregnancy tests..the blood tests are pretty accurate.it could be that you are pregnnat...you just don't own enough of the hcg hormone in your system yet to detect pregnancy...as much as it sucks to hang about... wait another week, call your doc tell him your 3 weeks postponed, and you want another test from him, or an answer as to why you'd be that late.. good luck.
What you should do is shift to the hospital, and ask for a trans-vaginal ultrasound.
That is what I did, and I found out right away I was pregnant.
What they do, is they take a probe and they insert it surrounded by your vagina, they cover it with latex first, and then they use the probe and they move about inside your vagina, and they look up in your uterus, and they take pitchers of your uterus, and the probe can see what is going on inside of you.
