29 weeks pregnant, intake?

i always feel like the able-bodied stuff i eat doesnt fill me up and the junk food does!

for ex, i only just made a salad and half way through im still hungry and the salad started hurting my stomach but if i eat a bowl of lucky charms or something i will be full!!

does person pregnant have to do with this? lol there probally a short time ago cravings
some times but it sounds resembling sugar cravings to me
lol its just cravings i hold the same problem but its not bad to eat cereal i enjoy boxs and boxs of cereal its better than eating real junk fod such as candy chips and fastfood
Answers:    I am in no way a nutrition expert, but I have a opinion. I think that cravings or the still hungry feeling comes from our body's letting us know what we need. For example: I am not a second-hand goods food eater by nature. I don't like chocolate/candy and I have simply never been some one who likes "junk food." BUT since I own been pregnant, I have eaten brownies approaching crazy (relative to what I normally eat them). I think that this is because my body know that when it tells me to eat brownies, it is also going to get a HUGE cup of milk. I think craving brownies are its way of saying I necessitate dairy.

I think this might be the same with you. Your body might be wanting the cereal so it can hold the milk that comes with it. I have also noticed lately how well-mannered grapes and apples have been tasting. I reason that has helped rid the constipation that I was have trouble with for a little while.

I would right to be heard its just cravings. But eating healthy doesnt have it in mind just eating a salad... I love ham and salad sandwhiches
