Palmer's cocoa butter is nice, as long as you use it every day, I caught mine a little too late. also the 100% cocoa butter sticks are really nice to apply as very well, slightly greasy feeling though.

No heavy lifting, or over doing anything. Try to avoid stressing out.

They say not to chomp through big fish that eat other fish, like mackerel, and tuna and stuff like that, and other make sure your red meat is at least medium all right, as well as your eggs need to be cooked.

as for food you can eat peanut butter is crammed with protein so even if you get morning sickness just drink toast with peanut butter, and also make sure you drink lots of fluids. you can get dried out and go into early contractions and lose the baby

If you hold to change a littler box wear gloves and a mask, to avoid toxemia
