25 WEEKS HIPS ARE KILLING ME, HELP?!?

My hips are killing me like MAD this morning, they HURT and it was adjectives down my legs too. Look, Ii've been through labor before and know it clearly isn't that, but I thought once you had kids your hips didn't own to spread any more, I already have an hourglass, why do my hips need to be BIGGER than they already are? They are 45 ' right now and it is bloodshed me!
Answers:    maybe the pain comes from sleeping on your sides. mine pain at dark when i sleep on my side. try sleeping in a reclined/ semi-upright position without putting much trauma on yo hips.
