Painful cramping possible BH?
Today when i was walking to work i got these really bad cramps within my lower back kinda on my sides to they were really painfull.They stopped there not near anymore.Im 22 weeks with my second child so could this be braxton hicks or something else?

this explains all about it - i have simply been diagnosed with it - with my second babe-in-arms and it does cause a lot of pain and can be immensely 'off and on' before it develops fully
it might not be - but worth a look, as if you have it, u obligation to get treatment for it - physiotherapy and a support belt - ASAP
It doesnt really sound like BHs.
I used to seize that sort of pain around that time too, when I was walking, it felt a bit resembling a painful stitch.
If it goes away then its nil to worry about, if you are worried then of late mention it to your midwife at your next visit xxx
