What be the counterweight of your tot at 38 1/2 weeks?
At 35 weeks, my baby was 5lbs. 5oz. Just curious to know how much she has grown since afterwards. I know all fetuses are different. I'm giving birth on Tuesday, July 28th!
Well, my last ultrasound I was 36 weeks and 5 days. He was 8 pounds 1 ounce, and today I am 38 weeks (according to date of ending period which I couldn't remember exactly). So. . I'm guessing he's getting close to 9 pounds. Big baby boys run in my household lol. I'm somewhat hoping the ultrasound was off a pound an he is really getting close to 8 instead of 9. Shew! And he's still growing!
Just so you know..it's kind of a sham when they say they know the baby's mass. It's always around 5.5 and 6.5lbs.
Look at your family history of women and his and balance it out from near. The second baby is always larger than the first baby by 1lb.
I be told my baby was 5.5lbs and when I went into premature labor ~ SURPRISE she be 7.3lbs.
It really doesn't matter because if it's big there's nothing you can do and if it's small there's nothing you can do around it.
Just relax and enjoy the end of your pregnancy and all those precious movements that won't be at hand in a few weeks. It's so cool and amazing.

Answers: With my daughter, she was 7 lb 2 oz at exactly 38 weeks when she was born. According to my second ultrasound with my son, one week ago at 38 weeks he was 7 lb 12 oz plus or minus a half a pound, but he is a bit chunker.
