My prenatal pills trademark me sick? how to take over it?
Is this happening to anyone else? I feel fine for nearly the whole sunshine but as soon as I take that prenatal (one per day dose) I am a wreck. I feel approaching my stomach could explode at any moment. And it feels like that for the rest of the day. I nearly throw up every time because of them. They just knot up my stomach terribly.
What to do? Maybe I should run them after dinner or eat something small before bed and take them later and hit the sheets?
My mother used to take it and feel the same path. Then the doctor told her to take it with the meals. Like surrounded by the afternoon when u are having ur meal take it when u own had half of the meal and later finish ur meal. u wont feel sick this way. Source(s): MY mom and her doctor
My prescription ones other made me sick so I just never took them. This time around, though, I figured I'd try an over the counter kind. I get a bottle by Green Valley for under 10 bucks and it has enough vitamins within it to last my whole pregnancy and they don't make me sick at adjectives.
take them with milk right before you g t bed
I hold never had a problem with taking prenatal vitamins, but my friend did and her doctor told her to just nick two kids vitamins and she would essentially get the same effect as the prenatal vitamin.
I took them at darkness, or not everyday, but had a ton of Total Raisen Bran and leafy greens.
That is pretty normal. Ask your Doc/midwife if you can drink an Ensure instead. WIC will pay for them if your doctor puts you on them instead of prenatals
Answers: I don't take prenatals, they made me sick too. I take flinstones, folic acid, drink plenty river & juice with vitamin c (orange & cranberry)..
BUT before you try and do something going on for it, talk to your doctor. Let your doctor know how you feel and ask what they think is best for you to do.
you will eventually get use to them but try to eat dry starchy food near them.
i have to rob mine at night before i go to bed...or they will kind me sick..but since i been taking them at night i have have no problemos! good luck!
