no, as long as you held it there for 20 sec and the whole tip, or most was surrounded by the pee it would test correctly...take another one just incase you are worried though...if you are prego you will definently check positive 1 day late, i use the same tryout and tested positive 4 days early! good luck!
No the way you hold the assessment has nothing to do with the result...as long as both window have a line the test be done correctly..you are not pregnant by the sounds of things
