How do i concordat next to extermination while im pregnant?
I'm 34 weeks and my older sister passed away july 5th 2009 ..she was also my best friend and birth coach. I can't seem to stop crying how do I treaty with this and not stress the baby or my body out. She was just 28 she had a stroke in her sleep.. and it all started from pre-eclampsia that stuck next to her in the birth of my neice who also passed in 1999 at the age of 6 months. Someone please HELP!
Answers: You really are doing it tough. I think you want professional help as it is a lot for you to deal next to and I would like to think you have access to the best and most professional abet available. Speak to your doctor or health care provider and ask someone you are close to (i.e. family or appropriate friend) to assist you in getting help through this next stage of your duration. The birth and care of a newborn is major and life varying and you need to be in the best health both physically and mentally. 34 weeks is a surefire time to prepare yourself and get those support networks ready now. Good luck.
I would resembling you to check your city or hospital for a HOSPICE SOCIETY.
The healthcare system usually has a group who meet up individually with a counselor and some enjoy groups.
That would be the place to start.

I'm so very sorry for your loss especially during such a time of joy.
