It's not that the ultrasound isn't detailed enough, it's that the baby isn't developed ample yet. It won't be until around 20 weeks that the organs are fully developed and in place.

Good luck!
Answers: You'll be capable of see the heart. It won't be detailed, but shows as a bright spot on the screen. It's neat to watch it blink on the blind as it's beating. Source(s): Grandma-to-be of twins (daughter is 17 yrs and 17 wks 3 days pregnant). Next ultrasound Monday- Hoping to find out the sexes!
they can see the heart at that stage but i'm not sure what else
i think you would enjoy to wait til 20 weeks to see all of the organs.
ummm what?
The with the sole purpose organ you will ever be able to see is a heartbeat. Other than that later on you will be able to see the bones, but no organs. Source(s): 2 1/2 week mature daughter
There will be organs. But an ultrasound will not pick them up.
Why would you be missing organs? This sounds like some crazy black open market stuff to me.
No you can't see any organs. The baby is too small. You can see what looks resembling a flashing light, which is the heartbeat & you should be able to hear the heartbeat.
Heart
Usually just the heart beating
