? for ppl that are 37, 38, 39, 40+ weeks...?
Have you done any "at home methods" to try to speed up the whole process? Or are you just like "they will come when here ready"

i did everything i could find. i took raspberry tea, primrose oil inserted up to cervix, walk, squats, EVERYTHING. nothing helped at all that i know of.
I walked, played Rockband (sang thru contractions, which help alot), and umm..well, sex works wonders. I recommend cleaning your house so you can come home to a clean house! Oh and hot showers feel so right on your back...trust me. Plus, you will miss a nice shower in a hospital.
Answers: I'm 40w 1d today. I've been taking evening primrose for a few weeks, I've walked and walked. I've ate salsa close to a mad woman since I'm craving it anyway. I've had my membranes stripped as well. Nothing is getting me departed 2-3 cm. I'm due for induction Aug 7th. This is my fourth baby too. I've finally just thrown my hands up and said babies sure do come when they are virtuous and ready. My first was born on her due date via my midwife breaking my water, my second at 38 weeks be on her own, my third at 40w 2d was due to my midwife also breaking my water.
