I think you should see a Doctor now so that you can get adjectives the care that you need in pregnancy and if you want a reassurance scan.
However an ultrasound at this stage contained by pregnancy can't stop you from miscarrying, it can only confirm or warn you.
The chances that you'll miscarry again are low, they are adjectives but multiple miscarriages are less common.
