i just had a tot she is one month and i am 19... i am a few years older than you but i am still young. my parents didnt disown me but i am not with my daughters father.. i moved out him because he had problems... but being a mommy is the greatest thing surrounded by the world. so dont stress out because that isnt healthy.
-you need to go to the doctor if you havent already... most start seeing the docotr at 8weeks.
-for food freshly know you dont eat for two bc if you do then you will gain too much weight
-you can excersise but dont do more than u can knob and dont try anything new ... walking is very good
-take prenatal vitamins. i used the over the counter ones bc they be cheaper than the prescription ones and my doc said they were actually sometimes better
-you need a post

I dont know what advice to give contained by regard to the troubles with your parents other than they should try to facilitate you out, everyone makes mistakes and you were taking b/c. Expect a lot of clean pains in your abdomen area, untried pressures too. Expect to gain weight. I read that it's better to do light stretches EVERY day to some extent than one day of strenuous exercise. Eventually youll need to take childbirthing classes if you will, sign up for a tour at the hospital youll be delivering at and to find a pediatrician before your baby certainly arrives. Being pregnant at your age essentially is the same as being pregnant as an adult body erudite. I'd say try focusing on yourself and the baby rather than how behind the times you are.
edit- just saw what you wrote. you have to be strong, 7 weeks is only the formation. there's a lot of discomfort to come, a lot of emotional up and downs. my truest words, "Expect the unexpected".
Start taking prenatal vitamins (you can get them at the drug store) Stop smoking, drinking...limit your caffine intake. Make an appointment with your doctor! they will set you on the right track. Also run to your library and get some pregnancy books...those really help. What to expect when your expecting is a good one. Good luck!
First sour...congratulations on graduating high school since you got pregnant.
Now...Get insurance...medicaid or a job. Your local DHS should be able to support if you can't get a job with insurance. They should also be capable of help with WIC and/or food stamps so that you can get milk, cheese, formula, etc. Also, return with yourself in trade/vocational school as fast as possible. Learn a trade & you'll know how to get a better paying job.Start Saving Money!! You're gonna need it!...Start researching local daycares very soon. Find out which one is the best, how much it's going to cost & if there is a waiting list. You may have to grasp on it now. Start planning now! Set up a baby shower or bring one of your girlfriends to do it. Yard Sales/Garage Sales are a godsend. If you know anybody with a baby ask them for advice & hand-me-downs...Finally, form sure your boyfriend's parents are as involved as they want to be. They could be very helpful...sometimes irritating or enraging,,,but encouraging. GOOD LUCK!
