LOL I thought this was going to be a question in the order of losing your virginity.. I was like "WTF?! Is someone seriously asking HOW?!"
haha.. havn't had my child yet but just h ad to comment :)
All my sister-in-laws enjoy told me that breastfeeding helps ALOT on loosing weight. My sister-in-law just have her 2nd baby daughter in early June, she have lost half of the weight. I don't think she have worked out at all. Depends on if you breastfeed and if you workout, and your diet.
Stretch-marks? Cocoa butter, and pregnancy lotions.
Answers: Within the first few weeks I lost 30 pounds. It was all hose down weight and my uterus shrinking etc, (not fat). My daughter is almost 8 months old and I haven't lost any more weight. I am 5'2" and weigh 220lbs. It is really frozen to lose extra weight after having a baby so my counsel is, don't gain any!
I have very large boobs. I am a 40 kk. My daughter did her portion really well, but it was really hard to find positions that worked and avoid squishing her and stuff. It hurts abundantly and your boobs leak. But it is the most important thing you can do for your child so I chose to business with it and give her the nutrition she needed. Just don't expect it to be a walk contained by the park.
Right after she was born I looked gross. My belly had all that extra skin and chubby and hung down really bad. It tightened up after a few days and now I just look large and full of stretch marks. I did everything I could to avoid stretch marks but got them really impossible anyway. I have since been using Palmer's(R) Cocoa Butter Formula(R) Skin Therapy Oil. It seems to facilitate some but I also gained a ton of weight so my stretch marks are really doomed to failure.
The moral of the story, don't get fat! Eat healthy and totter everyday. Also, believe me, the way your belly looks is going to be the least of your worries for a good while.
