Do adjectives women hold to enjoy a episiotomy during birth?
Well, posted a question earlier, and someone posted a answering saying after a episiotomy, which I googled, and is no where on earth INTERESTED in getting one, well the story TTC but just curious more or less the pregnancy process. So do all women who have babies have to get hold of a episiotomy? Can you not require one? Can you also just let the skin naturally opening and be fine?
Which is better a episiotomy or a natural tear?
*Sorry if I'm asking too many question, just questioning so I know what to expected when I do get pregnant.
Not all women have to be cut some women are naturally big adequate to push a baby out. [; Source(s): 21w4d with baby Zoie.
Not adjectives women has to have a episiotomy. Some do if your baby is to big, if it get stuck, or if they have to use forceps to pull it out. You can request not to have one but it depends on your doctor and if they feel its necessary when that time comes. You can just let it essentially tear but usually you tear more and its not a straight tear so its harder to sew you put a bet on up.
not adjectives of them have one, im 19 and i had to get it.:( its perverted to tear.hurts worse.and harder to heal..the Doc will give you one if obligation be..i felt all of mine, i dialated from 4 to 10 in 30 mins.. no time for an Epidural.. :(
They are single necessary if the opening is to small for the babys head to come out...
Not all women own to have an episiotomy when their giving birth . It all depends on how small the woman is , in her vaginal aread. Some times the dr can pat the perineum with a warm cloth as the baby's head is coming out so that the woman does not tare .
Answers: My wife have had 2 episiotomies, and two tears.
She'd FAR rather have a opening! They heal much more quickly, and create a much stronger repair than cuts.
And the really bad communication is, an episiotomy can make a REALLY bad tear.
Try this experiment: Take a piece of cloth, and stretch it tightly. Then have someone make a small cut on one side. What happens? That's right - the cloth suddenly tears adjectives the way through.
Episiotomies, like making women labor on their backs, are for the doctor's convenience, NOT for your benefit!
Skeptical is right and you should listen to him. You would a bit have a natural tear than be cut by the doctor. Tears make well faster with less scar tissue and are smaller amount likely to cause pain and problems following on.
Your doctor willl decide and trust me, you do not want to tear.. that is the point of getting an episiotmy.. it will be a verbs cut where as a tear will be, well a rupture! And it will hurt WAY worse and it will be WAY harder to heal!
Not everyone needs one, but that is something your doctor will desire and usualy they do not tell you that they're doing it, they just do it if it's necessary.. it's usually a pretty end minute thing.. like when the head is literally going on for to come out the doctor will decide if it can fit without an episiotomy or not.
