You don't procure symptoms that soon..its usually takes 3-4 weeks
I assume i had some very subtle signs, very sensitive nipples (not sore boobs though), i get dizzy and had a small increase in appetite (until i got morning sickness at 7 weeks lol)
But everyone is different.

It will sound funny to many people, but I in actual fact have two girlfriends who both had symptoms within days of conceiving. One of them started morning sickness and the other have what you're describing...cramps and dizziness with both of her babies just a few days after sex. It's different for every woman so don't listen to the ones who say "it's impossible" to hold symptoms so early. The only way you will know for sure, is to dawdle until your period is due and if it doesn't start, take a test.
