What is the earliest someone have given birth and the babe-in-arms have be athletic?
just curious! i was looking online and couldn't find anything.
My friend had a baby at 24 weeks and he is presently 7
anothor of my friends had a baby at 32 weeks and she is now 12 and fine as resourcefully
I guess it depends on what you call able-bodied. If you mean what is the earliest someone has given birth and the baby hasn't have to spend time in the NICU at all or had any, even minor, complications; I'd enjoy to say probably no earlier than about 36 weeks.
If you parsimonious that the baby might have had to spend some time surrounded by the NICU but not weeks or even months...it's probably more like 34 weeks.
I was 9 weeks premature weighing individual 2lbs. I was also in an incubator for 2 months but got to stir home right around the date I was supposed to be due. I'm now 27 and completely healthy.
the youngest i have ever hear,is 10 weeks premature,and totally healthy! just underweight a bit.that would be almost 3 months early...
as long as you thieve really great care of yourself,everything should be ok.
Answers: My friend had her boy at 23 weeks. He be 13 ounces when he was born. He was smaller then a beanie kid and smaller than pop can! He is now 3 1/2, and a joy to be around.
Well my husband be three months premature and he is healthy man today:) He was only 3lbs when born...Not sure the youngest little one that was born and survived outside of the womb..
My baby be only 4 weeks early - had him at 36 wks, but he be completely healthy. No breathing problems.

I know a woman who gave birth at 26 weeks of pregnancy, mind you the baby lived but he be in the hospital for the first year of his life...i also know a woman who gave birth at 28 weeks and the infant was released out of hospital almost 3 months later...
my SIL had her preemie at 30 weeks and she is going on 5 and is mor ethen healthy and growing similar to anyone else
