How lots hours did your labor ultimate for?
Was it longer with your first child?
My first was 22. I am hoping for a shorter on this time
With my 1st child i went into labour while asleep an didn't wake up until nearly fully dilated, Got to hospital an have my waters broken for me at about 2:30am and he was born at 5am.
My 2nd i again went into workforce while asleep an didn't wake up until i was fully dilated, Got to hospital at 8am an they tried to stop labour (32 weeks) but she be born at 9:20am
My 3rd i woke up with back pain an granted to go straight to hospital, got there at 9am an they have to give me steroids to mature bubs lungs (35 weeks) as my labour be to full on to be stopped an he was born at 10 am

I was induced for my first girl at around 10AM. I with the sole purpose had mild contractions thourghout the day. The next morning at 6AM they broke my sea from when I had severe labour. She was born at 12 lunchtime.
For my son, my contractions started early morning at 5.30AM. They gradually increased and my water broke at 5PM! He be in my hands at 6.37PM:-)
Yes the first one was longer.
Melody took about 5 and 1/2 hours after my water be broken by the nurse with what looked like a crotchet needle. She be born January 22, 2001 at 4:29 PM. It turns out I was in active labor near her and really didn't know it until the OB checked my cervix and told me I was 5cm dialated 100% effaced that morning at my weekly prenantal appointment. I had mild labor pains the afternoon and night before. In total it's possible I was within labor with her for about 29-31 hours.
Peyton's labor was induced by Pitocin IV at 7 AM, and she be born at 12:50 PM Dec.10, 2002. Unfortunately my epidural wore off and they wouldn't give me another dose because I was dialated at 10 cm and geared up to push! Basically I felt everything when I was giving birth to her.
8 hours in total, from when my waters broke to my little girl being born. The last couple of hours be the most excruciating pain. Before that it was a breeze lol. Source(s): Mother of 1 beautiful infant girl

I've only had one and it last 27 hours..
first child--spent daytime at hospital...17--didn't know what was going on--long story...
water broke at approx..7:30--had her at 7:54
second child--water broke at 9 ish --had her at 9:16
third child--water broke around---omg--having brain freeze.oops..only took just about 15 mins after water broke to give birth to her too..:):)
all extraordinarily short labour for me..TYL
