29 weeks and 3 days pregnant, 50% efface?
You need to STAY OFF your feet. If you do, likelihood are your effacement will close. You're obviously doing to much.
Slow down and you'll be fine.

It's hard to answer because nobody knows. It could happen. You're not dilated and that's a pious sign. Another good sign is your contractions aren't strong. My son was born at 36 weeks and he was without a flaw healthy (still is 5 yrs. later). I guess just take it assured and do what the doctor says. Good luck.
Your fine. Give time time. Way way to early. You want a healthy babe-in-arms right? If we think, think, think, we'll drive ourselves nuts! The child needs to develop in utero 29 wks is nothing! My daughter lost twin girls very at 23 weeks. I know being pregnant isn't fun, but thats where the baby is most probable to survive and have less problems. Your not even 7 months settle down and wait. Its not your time its GODS TIME> Good luck @ God bless! Be merciful
basically, your doctor wants you on bed rest.
